AXA Assistance Canada has been offering its roadside assistance service in Canada for many years. Every day, AXA Assistance Canada comes to the aid of people needing basic or emergency help by providing them with roadside assistance services. This type of assistance is offered throughout Canada and the United States for any type of vehicle. Our multilingual agents guarantee customers’ satisfaction and security.

To do this we rely on our vast network of service providers, who assist our customers, no matter what their problem is or what they drive: cars, motorcycles, RVs or heavy vehicles.


We offer a full range of services:


If the client’s vehicle is broken down due to a mechanical problem, the vehicle will be towed to any place of the client’s choice (garage or residence).


Tire Change:

If the beneficiary has a flat tire, one of our service providers will put its spare tire on if it is in good condition. If the client’s spare tire is not in a good enough condition to be used, we will tow the vehicle to a garage where its type of tire is available.


Unlock Vehicle Doors:

If the beneficiary’s keys are locked inside of his/her vehicle, one of our service providers will unlock the doors of the vehicle on the spot. If the service provider is unable to open the vehicle, then it may be towed.

Battery Boost:

If the vehicle has a dead battery, one of our service providers will give the vehicle’s battery a boost.

Fuel Delivery:

If the client has run out of gas, one of our service providers will bring him/her a maximum of 10 litres of gas, or the vehicle will be towed to the nearest gas station.


Pull Out/Winch:

If the beneficiary’s vehicle is stuck in the mud or snow, we will send our nearest service provider as quickly as possible to pull the vehicle out of the place where it is stuck.


Vehicle safekeeping:

If a customer is involved in a collision with his covered vehicle, towing will be provided to the nearest qualified repair facility.



In addition to the usual roadside assistance services, we can offer our customers value-added services such as:

  • Pre-trip information:

    Hotline services will provide the client with pre-departure information on passport, visa and immunization requirements, foreign currency exchange rates, ATM locations etc.
  • Trip planning:

    On a customer’s request, AXA Assistance will customize a trip itinerary according to specific needs and provide travel information on, accommodations, tourist sites road conditions, etc. We will deliver the itinerary to the customer’s home before departure.
