AXA Assistance North America region encompasses Canada, the United-States and the Caribbean, with 24 hour medical emergency call centers in Montreal, Chicago and Miami.
AXA Assistance’s worldwide presence, with its 39 operational centers, allows our clients and customers the convenient access to the impeccable selection of quality credentialed providers.
Our partners have to meet rigorous recruitment and accreditation criteria. AXA Assistance specialists conduct periodic audits of their facilities to make sure they maintain our quality standards.

- Medical database: our internal database is shared by 39 AXA Assistance offices. It lists only the best medical service providers – physicians, nurses, health centres, hospitals – around the world. Our database comprises more than 30,000 hospitals and practitioners.
- Asia cliniques: Offer specific specialist access and telemedicine capabilities, concentrating in recruitment of provider with Western medical training standards
- AXA/EMC: AXA Assistance Canada subsidiary that provides global medical care in remote areas for corporations. Its main customers are oil, gas and mining companies.
This partnership also works to the advantage of our accredited service providers, since their business volume increases with the number of cases handled.
